Soccer Without Borders
Soccer Without Borders' mission
is to use soccer as a vehicle for positive change in the lives of
marginalized youth. We are a non-profit organization based in San
Francisco, California, USA.
What We Do:
We use soccer as a tool for youth
development. Working closely with community-based organizations in
under- served areas in the USA and abroad, the Soccer Without Borders
program combines soccer instruction and life skills education. Our
activities help young people come into a greater understanding of their
bodies, voices, minds and communities, and encourage them to make
healthy choices for their futures.
Where We Work:
We work with disadvantaged youth
throughout the world who, due to a complex variety of social and
economic factors, lack access to quality sport and educational
